"I HATE CYCLE GEAR.
Let me make that clear. Every helmet I’ve ever bought there is either defective long before the warranty or the sales person sold me the wrong size. The sales people rarely ever enter my name into the computer correctly and really they always look like they couldn’t be bothered to help me.

But the staff at the Pittsburg store really went above and beyond in making me feel like I was a wanted customer. Between returning a helmet the manager at the Pacheco store sold me that was broken, and literally helping me fix a tire that had a nail in it, the woman that helped me (she rides a Ninja) and the assistant manager Joe are a godsend.

They restored a bit of my faith in this company. Maybe not enough for me to love the company, but enough to give them another try.
